Pure gum rubber tubing with cloth impression finish.


Quality tubing with cloth impression finish that permits easy, non-slip handling even when wet. Made of pure gum rubber and steam cured on a mandrel, the tubing is highly flexible, seamless and free of curvature. Inside dimension and wall thickness are closely maintained and the tubing's smooth bore assures unrestricted flow of liquid. Non-blooming and with very soft durometers, this tubing has excellent properties which it retains over a temperature range of -40°F to +180°F. Comes in red, black and tan colors. (Also available in black neoprene, EPDM and SBR).

Meets all those requirements where quality, flexibility and long service life are critical. Resists common weak acids, alkalies and salts. Highly recommended for general laboratory tubing service; for handling gas or water at low pressure and as stethoscope tubing. Highly resilient material gives a tight seal, making this tubing ideal for use with push-on fittings and glass tubing. Can also be used in full vacuum service on machinery, air pumps and aspirators when tubing's wall thickness is at least one-half its internal diameter.
